Our range of services includes the following:

▪ Annual psychological and skill-based assessments and thorough reference checks for candidates and employees.
▪ An online real-time interactive module for employees and employers allowing for management of vacation accrual information, unemployment insurance contributions, payroll records, etc. Companies wishing to use this module will be sent a temporary and confidential password.
▪ Accounts supervision providing information on vacation accruals, unemployment insurance contributions, payroll records, etc.
▪ Advisory services for contracting private medical insurance.
▪ Advisory services on the legal and tax implications of employment contracts. AB’s legal advisory team comprises attorneys specialized in labor laws.
▪ Assignment of company credit cards, laptops and telephones.
▪ Assistance and coordination of travel, with payments handled through AB.
▪ Flexibility in making bonus salary payments to employees.
▪ Employee payments through a deposit account (at the Banco de Crédito del Perú) or through checks, as selected by the client.
▪ Handling of legal requirements:
a) Payment of pension fund contributions. If no pension fund manager has been selected, we can advise employees in selecting and registering with one.
b) Income tax withholding and payment. Income tax advisory services for employees.
c) Payment of social security contributions.
d) Unemployment insurance withholdings and payments, in accordance with prevailing legislation.
e) Withholdings and payments for vacation accrual (one month per year worked), in accordance with prevailing legislation.
f) Withholdings and payment for bonus payments (two salary payments per year), in accordance with prevailing legislation .
g) Registration of employment contracts with the Ministry of Labor, in accordance with prevailing legislation.
h) Settlement of employee balances upon termination of the labor relationship at the request of either party, in accordance with prevailing legislation.
